The Fearless Finder Project
This case study unpacks the unmet digital needs of Trader Joe's loyal shoppers, bridging the gap between their unique in-store experience and evolving online expectations. Through primary surveys and social media sentiment analysis, I identified key frustrations and proposed "The Fearless Finder," a strategic digital solution to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
